A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized as referred to in subparagraphs 3 through 6 shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On April 4, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of marijuana from E in front of the D, which were located in the Gu Government-Si of Jung-si.

B. On August 2015, 2015, the Defendant collected the marith amount of marijuana from the Y around the construction site of the Korean-style house located in the Hahnbuk-gun F, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul, and the H around September 11, 2015, the Defendant received 0.5 g of the above 0.5 g of marijuana to I before the building site of the Korean-style house.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On April 2015, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.2g of hemp, which was 0.2g from dry field near the construction site of the Korean-style house in J at the Seocho-si, Snyang-si, by inserting it into the pipe of tobacco, which was made of Aluminum as an Aluminum, and attaching a fire to smoke.

B. On August 2015, 2015, the Defendant collected the marith amount of marijuana in the field near the construction site of the Korean-style house located in the Haak-gun F of the Haakbuk-gun, and then smoked by inserting approximately 0.05g of marijuana in the pipe around the Defendant’s house located in 110 dong 407, and attaching a smoke by inserting it to the pipe of tobacco, which was made from the Defendant’s house located in 110 dong 407.

On August 14, 2015, the Defendant collected the marith amount of hemp from Yansan in the vicinity of the construction site of the Korean-style house located in the Haak-gun F of Chungcheongbuk-gun, and then smoked by inserting approximately 0.05gg of hemp in tobacco pipe at the Defendant’s house located in 09:00 on March 14, 2016, and around 110 Dong 407.

3. On Aug. 2015, the Defendant: (a) collected marijuana seeds from the field near the construction site of the Korean-style house located in the Haak-gunF of the Haakbuk-do; and (b) cultivated three marijuana pumps from the Defendant’s house located in the 110 East 407 East Hacheon-si apartment on Mar. 2016, and from the Defendant’s house located in the 110 East 407 East 110 East 407, using the said marijuana seeds.

4. On August 14, 2015, the Defendant, holding marijuana, collected the marith of marijuana from a mountain site near the construction site of the Korean-style house located in the Hahman’s voice-gun F, Chungcheongnam-do, and then on March 14, 2016.
