A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the part of the criminal records irrelevant to the facts charged is deleted.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On July 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.5g of marijuana in a mutual influence plant located in the Gandong Eup in Gwangju-si; and (b) smoked in a way that smokes by attaching a fire to the tobacco.

B. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven by D, parked in the C Parking lot located in Seoul, carried approximately 0.5g of marijuana into tobacco; and (b) smoked by a smokeing method, attaching a fire to it.

On May 2015, the Defendant, at the early police station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul East-gu (Seoul), smoked by attaching a fire to the tobacco containing approximately 0.5gg of marijuana along with D, and driving it in a way of spreading.

“The date two to three days from the date indicated in the paragraph” was smoked in the mutual influence of the trade name in Gangnam-gu Seoul Station, Gangnam-gu, by attaching a fire to the tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of marijuana.

E. On December 25, 2015, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul EB01, and 0.5g of marijuana in tobacco, with a fire attached, following a smoke.

2. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant received approximately oneg of marijuana from D’s wing trucks parked in the parking lot of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, in a dry field.

B. On September 11, 2015, the Defendant received tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of marijuana from F in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.

3. Around April 23, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 200,00 from D to the bank account in the name of G used by the Defendant, and sold approximately 10g of marijuana to D in a car operated by D, which was parked near the I located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on the same day.
