Punishment of the crime

Defendant A of the 2018 Gohap38 is not a handler of narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On January 20, 2017, from around 16:00 to 20:00, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana within the clothing store for B’s operation in a French place (hereinafter referred to as Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L) and KRW 4.50,000 in cash from C and approximately KRW 3g of hemp.

B. On July 9, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemps into pipes in the mutual influenite hotel room in the Chinese red bean, mix it with a fire, attaching it to a fluence, and spreading it.

E. On February 3, 2018, around 12:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana into pipes within the Defendant’s residence, and attaching a fire to smoke.

F. On February 3, 2018, the Defendant kept approximately 16.25g of hemp resin (one cannon) at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (e) around 17:20, and stored approximately 0.5g of hemp in tobacco paper.

2. They shall not recognize drugs or other goods as narcotics and transfer them to commit a crime against the Act on Special Cases concerning the Prevention of Illegal Trafficking in Narcotics, etc.;
