A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On March 13, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the victim C’s business at the E-static point operated by the victim C, who had talked with the customer, and had been working for the victim, without any reason, inception, the Defendant interfered with the victim C’s business. B. Around 15:00 on September 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim F would drink money to the Defendant; and (b) expressed that the victim would drink with the Defendant, for about 20 minutes, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance, such as “Cyp, Tal, Cal, Cal, Cal, Cal, Cal, Cal, Cal, Cal, Cal, Cal, etc.”; and (c) dumping the plastic fold on the floor.
At around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant demanded to find the above restaurant to drink, but the victim refused to do so, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance, such as “sprinking, bottled, and sprinking” for about 10 minutes, and sprinking, sprinking, and sprinking, walking clothes to customers in the restaurant.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force over twice.
2.
