Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 19, 2018, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “LH”) on the lease of the leased housing (hereinafter referred to as “the lease agreement”) with the Plaintiff and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “LH”) to lease the instant apartment at KRW 50 million, and to lease the leased housing (hereinafter referred to as “the lease agreement”). B.
