1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver all the second floor of the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

(b) 745,980 won and 731 of them;

1.The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in combination with the whole purport of the pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 5:

On March 3, 2017, the Plaintiff leased all the second floor of the building indicated in the attached Table B (hereinafter “the instant building part”) from Nonparty B to the Defendant as the deposit deposit amount of KRW 60,000,000,000,000,000,000 from the National Housing Fund supported by the Government for the purpose of leasing a house from the owner of the housing in the way of the so-called mortgage loan, and sublet it to the Defendant for the period of March 14, 2019 (hereinafter “the instant sublet contract”). In the documents prepared at the time of the instant contract, the contractual relationship between the Plaintiff and the housing owner is “sublease contract”, and the contractual relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is “lease contract” as “lease contract between the lessee and the lessee,” and the Defendant stated “lease or occupant” as “lease contract.

At this time, the above 3 million won was paid to the above B on the day by the defendant.

B. At the time of entering into the instant contract, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on the grounds that the Plaintiff may cancel or terminate the contract in cases where the Defendant violated the provisions of the said contract at the time of entering into the instant contract, such as rents, management expenses, public charges, etc.

C. The rent was reduced to KRW 71,250 on January 1, 2018. D.

However, the defendant did not pay KRW 3 million to B, and it did not pay the rent from September 2017. The rent in arrears by May 31, 2018 is the sum of KRW 731,700, and the late payment charge is the sum of KRW 14,280.

E. The defendant does not present the building of this case.
