Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 29, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract between the Defendant and B, the Plaintiff’s wife B, and the Plaintiff’s beneficiary, as indicated in the attached Form 1 insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. Of the coverage content of the instant insurance contract, the part relating to the instant insurance contract is as follows.

C. B, around July 2004, after undergoing a genetic cancer diagnosis (the first cancer diagnosis) at the Hamnam University Hospital around 2004, B was diagnosed as a crypology surgery and hump cancer treatment, etc. on or around July 30, 2004.
