1. The plaintiff under an insurance contract entered in the separate sheet (1) with respect to the insurance accident described in the separate sheet (2).

1. Under Article 5 (Definition and Diagnosis Confirmation of Cancer) (1) of the Basic Facts of this Agreement, the following diseases are referred to in the basic classification of the 4th Standard Industrial Disease Classification:

1. “Cail” means a disease classified as a malicious life (see attached Table 2, e.g., Table 2, e., Table).

Provided, That Miscellaneous cancer (C44) and Matrine cancer shall be excluded.

4. The term “salary species” means diseases (see attached Table 4, e.g., Table 4, e., Table 4, e.g., Table 4) classified as either an unknown behavior pattern or an aesthetic life.

(2) The diagnosis and confirmation of cancer, stove cancer, stove cancer, and specific cancer shall be made by a person who holds a professional doctor's license of autopsy pathology or clinical pathology, and this diagnosis shall be based on organizational tests, stoves tests, or current stoves opinions on blood tests.

Article 6 (Compensation for Loss) (1) If a diagnosis is finalized as one of the cancer-related diseases after the date of commencement of guarantee prescribed in Article 2 (Time and Termination of Guarantee) during the insurance period of this Special Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "time of occurrence of an accident"), the Company is bound to compensate for it only once in accordance with this Special Terms and Conditions.

Article 7 (Cancer Checkup Funds) (1) A company shall be insured when an insured event prescribed in Article 6 occurs.
