A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "200 Highest 1229" shall smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats.

1. On August 2018, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, and the Defendant jointly smoked marijuana at the house of C located on the second floor of the Seocho-gu building E-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gyeong-si, on the face of half of water in the face, and at the end, one and half of water at the entrance of the hemp, and then, by attaching a fire by placing it at the entrance of the hemp, the Defendant, B, C, and D, and by spreading the hemp.

In addition, from the above date to the end of September 2018, the Defendant conspired with B, C, and D, and jointly smoked marijuana over a total of six occasions, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. In collusion with the Defendant and B on January 1, 2019, the Defendant jointly smoked marijuana at the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seocheon-si, by taking one point of half of water into the Defendant’s house, and then placing 1.5 liters at the entrance of the hemp plant, by attaching a fire, and attaching it to the Defendant and B, in a way of spreading marijuana.

In addition, the Defendant conspired with B from the above date to the end of April 2019, and jointly smoked marijuana over a total of 12 occasions as shown in attached Table 2.

"200 Highest 1977" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

3. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On May 2019, the Defendant administered an X-gu medication in a way that 1 psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, within the Defendant’s residence located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu (hereinafter “ X-gu”).

B. On June 2019, the Defendant: (a) received the request from I to rescue the X-si; and (b) on June 1, 2019, the Defendant purchased 180,000 won and 2 X-si from the Buddhist Park located in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (c) around that time, the Defendant purchased 180,00 won and 2 of the X-si.
