A Imprisonment for one year, each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months, and each of the defendants D shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are not authorized to handle the psychotropic drugs, so they shall not handle the MMA, one-time Xer (hereinafter referred to as the “EXM”), LSD (SD), and marijuana.

1. Defendant C, B, A, and D

A. A. The Defendants, around September 2013, 201, EXP 1) administered each X-si in the following manner: (a) around September 2013, the Defendants: (b) put each X-si into the cupped World Cup; (c) dilution with water; and (d) subsequently, around September 2013, the Defendants administered one EXP 1 in each of the above methods.

2) The Defendants smoked approximately 0.5g of the hemp at the same time and at the same place as paragraph (2) of A-B in the foregoing manner.

2. Defendant C, B, and A

A. Around September 2013, the Defendants administered philophone medication by means of inserting approximately 0.03 gopon on a daily basis from the house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government S, thereby spreading approximately 0.03 gopon to the door, and spreading the smoke.

B. The Defendants, on August 2013, 201, EXP medication 1) inserted the 1st X-si in the World Cup, contained water in the 1st EXP as well as dilution, and administered them in such a way that they are dilution.

2) around September 2013, the Defendants administered 1 X-gu at the home of No. 2’s paragraph (a) around September 2013 in each of the above methods, respectively. 3) around November 2013, the Defendants administered 1 each of the above methods at the home of the above B.

C. The Defendants smoke in marijuana 1) at the date and time, at the place, as set forth in Article 2-2(b)(1) and at the place, in a manner of inserting approximately 0.5gg of the hemp pipe in a color pipe, with a fire attached, thereby spreading the smoke.
