Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is prohibited from operating a vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance with the owner of B Kax vehicle, the Defendant operated the said vehicle without mandatory insurance, as indicated below, by operating the vehicle on the road.
