Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a holder of the last passenger car in C C C.

No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on January 10, 2015, the Defendant operated the said vehicle over two occasions on the roads of 63.5 kilometers in high-sea, the outer breadth road around 12:14, and on the roads of 63.5 kilometers in high-sea, 14:25, February 17, 2013, and on the roads of 28.6 kilometers in Seoul, other than Seoul, those of which are not mandatory insurance.

2. The Defendant is a holder of a D-wing vehicle.

No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 13:37 on June 13, 2016, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and around 15:49 on December 29, 2014, on two occasions.
