If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, around 13:00 on February 13, 2013, the Defendant operated Bone Star Co., Ltd., which was possessed by the Defendant, who was not covered by mandatory insurance from the distance of Sacheon-si, Ocheon-si, Ocheon-si, Ocheon-si.
