A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 20, 2018, around 23:35, the Defendant: (a) discovered a cub car on a G-type test color at the victim F owned by the victim F, who was parked in the D-paid parking lot located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) lost the cub of the vehicle to HH business owner I known through 114; (c) had I open the cub of the said car; (d) made I produce the said smart key; and (e) cut off the victim’s car by driving the cream at the city of the victim’s car using the ficuled smart key.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge, alter or unlawfully use a mark of motor vehicle registration certificate, motor vehicle scrapping fact, evidentiary documents, registration number plate, temporary operation permit plate, temporary operation permit number plate, self-certification mark of motor vehicle, mark of self-certification of parts, mark of internal pressure and container inspection, seals or marks of internal pressure-resistant container inspection, seals or marks, new inspection certificate, two-wheeled vehicle number plate, chassis mark, or engine model mark, or trade, arrange for the sale, purchase, transfer, or use a forged or altered mark;

Nevertheless, at around 04:50 on October 21, 2018, the Defendant changed to K by attaching the test color and white part of the lid to the front registration number plate G of a vehicle stolen as described in paragraph 1 with a tape for the purpose of avoiding police tracking.
