A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant kept in custody the front registration number plate of the Defendant’s vehicle due to the delinquency in payment of the fine for negligence as the owner of a horse laved vehicle, the Defendant stolen and altered the registration number plate in front of another person’s vehicle and sentenced to illegal use.

1. Larceny;

A. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim F’s G or other vehicles left to the E-Maintenance Factory located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for repair; (b) removed the front registration number plate from it in a way that it is impossible to know after discovering the victim F’s G or other vehicles for repair.

B. On June 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was managed by the victim H in the Daegu-gu Sports Center parking lot located in the 39-ro, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daejeon-gu on 2016; (b) was leased from the Plaintiff H;

J found that k3 motor vehicles are parked, and the front number plate of the motor vehicle was removed by hand.

On July 2016, the Defendant removed and stolen the front number plate of the LM car parked by the victim K for the repair of the vehicle in front of the EM shop located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, Daegu, in a manner that it is impossible to identify the front number plate of the LM car.

2. No person who violates the provisions of the Automobile Management Act, such as a motor vehicle registration certificate, certificate of motor vehicle scrapping, evidentiary documents of motor vehicle scrapping, registration number plates, temporary operation permit plate, temporary operation permit plate, self-certification mark of motor vehicles, mark of motor vehicle self-certification number plates, mark of motor vehicle self-certification, inspection of internal pressure containers or marks, inspection for internal pressure and pressure-resistant containers, marks or marks, new inspection certificate, two-wheeled vehicle number plates, license plate of two-wheeled vehicle, chassis mark, engine model, or engine model, shall trade, arrange for the trade, receive, or use the forged or altered mark, or trade, arrange for the trade, or receive or use them;
