Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Seized evidence 2 to 6 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2015, Defendant B, along with Defendant B, removed the chassis number of a passenger car in the low-speed knife vehicle, which is a large-scale warehouse located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Gyeonggi-do, where the number is unknown, and removed the chassis number (G) of the vehicle involved in the accident, which is the vehicle whose registration was cancelled, and then attached the vehicle with the vehicle’s chassis number fixed in line with the chassis number of the vehicle involved in the accident.

In addition, the Defendant, along with B, unlawfully used the next representative flag by the above methods 58 times in total, as shown in Appendix I, between around that time and around March 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B to use the next representative flag over 58 times in total.

2. On April 2016, Defendant B, C, and D, along with B, C, and D, removed the chassis number of another vehicle, which is a large-type vehicle in which it is impossible to identify the number from the warehouse located in H at the time of strike in Gyeonggi-do on April 1, 2016, and removed the chassis number (J) of the vehicle involved in the accident, which is the vehicle for which the registration was cancelled, and then the chassis number of the vehicle involved in the accident is set at the chassis number of the large-type vehicle.
