When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2010, around 14:30 on April 8, 2010, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven a car volume by driving a 10-km distance from around the apartment house in the Dongju-gun to the road of 88 kilometers in the Dong-gu Incheon Highway, Young-gu, Incheon.
