Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From May 22, 2013 to June 30, 2013, the Defendant was a person subject to the suspension of driver’s license for 40 days, and was driving a B-free license of about 50 kilometers from Suwon-si to the roads in Seoul Seomun-dong 44 U.S. on June 13, 2013.
