A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:10 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle in Ireland with a blood alcohol level of about 0.141% at the 2km section from a point 87 km to a point 85 km in the Young-dong Highway located in Sinsan-gun, Sinsan-gun, Sinsan-do.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) the Defendant is a person engaged in driving of Lone Star Vehicle B. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of normal driving due to the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph (1) around 00:10, while driving the said vehicle at a point of 85 km south-gun, E.S., E., U.S., under the influence of alcohol, and driving the vehicle from E.M. to E., U.S., U.S., at a point of 85 km, one lane between the four lanes and the two lanes, while driving the vehicle from E.S., and driving the vehicle from E., E., U.S., the Defendant sustained two lanes in the direction of E.M. and the two lanes in the direction of E., the Defendant continued to drive the vehicle from E.S. and the two lanes in the direction of E.
