1. On March 23, 2018, the respondent's disposition of suspension from office for one year (from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019) against an applicant shall be suspended until October 31, 2018 (Provided, That where a judgment of revocation of suspension from office is rendered before this court's ruling of revocation of suspension from office is rendered, until the sentence is pronounced).

2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

The disposition stated in Paragraph 1 of this Article shall be suspended until this Court 2018Guhap61802 decided on the revocation of suspension from office.

According to the results of the examination and the explanation of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that the disposition in the written order is likely to cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and urgent measures are needed to prevent the damage, and there is no other data that can be considered as a case where suspension of execution may seriously affect public welfare.

Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case is reasonable within the scope of the above recognition, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
