1. On April 2018, 2018, and one-year disposition of suspension of duty of certified tax accountant against the respondent shall be suspended until the 20th day from the date of sentencing of this Court 2018Guhap601 case (Provided, That where a judgment becomes final and conclusive before it, until the date of confirmation).

2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

Disposition Nos. 1 and Respondent against an applicant on April 27, 2018, the execution of an administrative fine of 6 million won shall be suspended until the judgment of this Court 2018Guhap601 case is rendered.

In full view of the supporting materials submitted by the applicant, there is an urgent need to suspend the enforcement in order to prevent the damage that may arise from the disposition of suspension of duties.

Unlike the recognition of suspension of execution, there is no data that may have a significant impact on the public welfare.

However, it is difficult to say that due to the execution of the fine for negligence of KRW 6 million, the applicant suffers from irrecoverable damage not compensated only by monetary compensation.

Therefore, the part concerning the disposition of suspension of duties among the plaintiff's application of this case shall be cited for the reasons, and the remaining part concerning the disposition of suspension of duties shall be dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
