1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation.

1. Details of the decision;

A. Status of the parties 1) The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “ Intervenor”)

A. B University (hereinafter referred to as “B”) established on December 28, 2011 and established under its control.

(2) On September 1, 2008, the Plaintiff was appointed as a professor or assistant professor of the Medical Science University on September 1, 2008, and was promoted as associate professor on October 1, 201. On December 28, 2011, the Plaintiff was appointed as an intervenor’s teacher and was in office as professor of the Medical Science University until December 12, 2012.

B. On May 30, 2012, when the Plaintiff raised doubt that he/she violated research ethics by making up a 14th thesis published in the 10th academic journal, such as C, etc., and forging research data, etc., the Suwon Medical University (hereinafter “Research Promotion Committee”) concluded by the Plaintiff on May 30, 2012 with regard to the suspicion of violating research ethics of the thesis drawn up by the Plaintiff.

2) On December 5, 2012, the Research Promotion Committee requested the Director of the Research Promotion Committee to conduct an investigation. (2) On December 5, 2012, the Plaintiff reported that the Plaintiff was found to have intentionally obstructed the activities of the Investigation Committee as a research act and submitted the Plaintiff to the Disciplinary Committee.

3) On December 12, 2012, the president of the Private School Teachers’ Disciplinary Committee (hereinafter “the Teachers’ Disciplinary Committee”) held on December 2, 2012.

(4) On March 7, 2013, the teachers’ disciplinary committee decided to dismiss the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff violated the duty to maintain good faith and the duty to maintain dignity, as follows: (a) the Plaintiff requested a review to the Research Promotion Committee on January 4, 2013; (b) the request for review was dismissed on January 31, 2013.

Accordingly, the president dismissed the Plaintiff on March 11, 2013.

1. From September 1, 2008 to December 2, 2012, the Plaintiff is a professor or assistant professor at a college of veterinary science.
