A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:47 September 25, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven D vehicles at a about 1 km section from the front of veterans hospitals located in the mountain-dong in the Gwangju Mine-gu without a driver’s license to the front of the secondary apartment in the same Dong-gu.

2. On September 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an unlawful uttering of official document in front of the Ma apartment apartment in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; (b) was discovered to the police officer of the Gwangju Mine Police Station, who was under traffic control at the said place while driving, and subsequently requested the presentation of the driver’s license; (c) presented the operator’s license to the said police officer as if he was the driver’s license, and subsequently denied the driver’s license, which is an official document in the name of the chief of the NAN, to the said police officer, as he was the driver’s license.

3. The Defendant obtained a driver’s license of G from the Defendant at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph (2) and submitted it to PDA after signing the name of G and the details of the offense to enter the offender’s signature in a penalty payment notice, by accessing the Transport Police Computer Network to the PDA, which was in possession of F, to enter the Defendant’s personal information, and the details of the offense, etc., and requesting the Defendant to sign in order to enter the offender’s signature, the Defendant signed the “G” to the F.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the G’s signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
