A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the execution of punishment shall be suspended.

1. Related to rental of sirens;
A. On June 14, 2020, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license by C employee for the verification procedures, such as the Plaintiff’s status and possession of a driver’s license while leasing a vehicle at C around 16:00.

4. The E-motor vehicle driver's license was presented as if it was a defendant's driver's license, which was possessed by giving KRW 50,00 to E in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Sing room near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Sing room.
Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.
B. The Defendant: (a) the Defendant has forged or falsified a private signature; and

At the time and place of port, a person who was requested by the “C” employee to sign in the “Lessee” column of the “Lessee” column of the vehicle rental contract for FBs other vehicles. As above, the person committed the act of hiding the Defendant’s identity as “E” and signed in the signature column as “E”, and the person who was aware of the fact on that page presented a vehicle rental contract stating a forged signature to the employee.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged another’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised a forged signature.
2. Traffic control without a license;
A. The Defendant, on June 17, 2020, caused a traffic accident on the front side of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on June 17, 2020, and was demanded to present a driver’s license by H and Ha on the 112 reported and called out.
The defendant presented the E-motor vehicle driver's license under the name of the Incheon Regional Police Agency, which is a public document held as above, as if he were the defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.
B. The Defendant: (a) the Defendant has forged or falsified a private signature; and

At the time and place of the port, it is confirmed that E is serving as a fine for negligence by a policeman H or policeman I, and the J of Dong-gu Incheon on the same day at around 10:00 of the same day.
