Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2013, at around 14:05, the Defendant, in front of the police box of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station C police station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the victim D, who was a police officer, was arrested as a fine trainee, should take the Defendant on board the patrol vehicle. On the ground that the civil petitioner, who visited ten her name and police box, visited the victim, who was a police officer, expressed the victim’s desire to “the bit bit son, fring, and Chewing fring.”
