Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around 22:00 on June 7, 2014, was investigated in the E District of the Chungcheong Police Station E District by having the business owners and employees of the said telecom, and assaulting the business owners, as a matter of refund of accommodation at the “Dmoel” located in Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu.

피고인은 같은 날 23:00경 E지구대에서 조사를 마치고 나와 E지구대 앞에서 지나가는 사람들에게 욕설을 하면서 시비를 걸다가, E지구대 소속 경사인 피해자 F이 피고인을 제지하면서 귀가할 것을 요구하자, 행인 10여 명이 지켜보는 가운데 피해자에게 “이 씨발 짭새 새끼가 좆나게 비아냥 거리네, 너 이름 뭐야, 씨발, 어, F, 이 씨발 새끼”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
