A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2014, the Defendant posted the victim B’s “a kykao Chewing pigs” on the victim’s cell room room with seven primarys located in Busan, and openly insulting the victim. From the above date to November 13, 2014, the Defendant openly insulting the victim four times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
