피고인은 2019. 4. 30. 09:32경 ‘D’이라는 제목의 SNS 카카오톡 단체 대화방에 접속하여, 17명의 사람들이 지켜보는 가운데 “ 한배를 탓으면 죽어도 살아도 같이 가야지 배사하고 무리에서 나와 재정위원장에서 더 총장하겄다고. 깜도 아닌 피라미가ㅎ 한 번 배신녀는 또 하고 아주 사상이 잘못 되었기에 ”라는 내용을 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕한 것을 비롯하여, 그 무렵부터 2019. 8. 16. 10:03경까지 사이에 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 4회에 걸쳐 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
