A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and by a fine of five hundred thousand won, respectively.

Criminal facts

The Defendants were former students of the Chuncheon Department C at the Health College C, and the victims D (V, 26 years old) is an assistant professor of the above department.

1. Defendant A

B. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “The victim refers to the victim in a group or toilet room in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) and “viis 77 for rape in this case” in a public insult of the victim.

A notice stating “The victim was openly insulting by putting a letter to the same effect.”

On April 16, 2016, the Defendant made a public insultd the victim by putting a notice on the same manner as the above paragraph (a) at an insulous place with the same time as that of the above paragraph.

2. On January 22, 2016, Defendant B: (a) visited a group or reading room in an insulous place with the same manner as paragraph (a) of Article 1 at an insulous place with a view to granting additional points to the damaged person who participated in the workshop.
