A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 2484"

1. A larceny: (a) around 22:30 on November 2012, the Defendant was stolen on 111 occasions from around 22:30 to December 0, 2013, as indicated in [Attachment] Table 1, 2, 5-11, 14, and 15, on the basis of the market value of the victim’s name-unclaimed bicycle riding, which was installed without correction in his/her bicycle riding box; and (b) the Defendant was stolen on 11 occasions from around 22:30 on December 201 to around 0:0 on December 1, 2013.

2. At night, at around 23:00 on March 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected at the victim D’s house located in the Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City/Do; and (b) intruded into such gate; and (c) cut off and stolen a cell phone with one cell phone at the market price of 200,000 won owned by the victim; and (d) intruded the residence three times at night from March 23:0 to November 20, 2013, as described in the table of crimes in the attached Table 3, 4, and 12, such as the list of crimes; and (e) intruded the residence at night on three occasions at night from March 23:0 to November 20, 2013.

3. On November 1, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate, which was not corrected in the house of the victim F located in Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City; (b) intruded into the said gate; and (c) went into the said gate; and (d) cut off, the Defendant, who was the victim’s possession, with approximately 12 copies of the Chinese land, the Republic of China’s 12 pages; (d) 27 Pests of the Philippines; (e) 100 square meters of Indian land; (e) 100 square meters of the mentos; and (e) 100

"2014 Highest 2784"

1. On October 20, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime of October 20, 2013: (a) around 23:30 on October 20, 2013, at the second floor of the “H Manpower Office” building located in the Busan Young-gu G, Busan, the Defendant opened an entrance that was not corrected in the place; (b) intruded into the entrance; and (c) then cut off the 50,000 won of cash owned by the victim, which was located on the floor adjacent to the site; and (d) cut off the vegetable money, which was located on the ground of the wall.

2. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant committed a crime at the end of November, 2013, to “H Manpower Office” managed by the victim I of the first floor G G in Busan, Young-gu.
