A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion upon residence at night and larceny of any structure at night;

A. On January 20, 2018, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a 2nd floor multi-use room with the wall of the victim C of the victim of the second floor B in Busan Young-do; (b) invaded the victim’s residence to the room; and (c) used 6:00 won for the 6nd 6th 6,00 won for the son’s son’s son’s son’s son; and (d) stolen the son’s son’s son’s son, and

B. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant invadedd at the same place as early as 22:00, in the same manner, and followed the swinf in the entrance door gate gate, thereby citing KRW 90,000 as to the money owned by the victim and stolen it.

On February 2, 2018, the Defendant intruded with the same method at the same place as around 22:00, and followed the fingers on the inner bed, thereby putting 10,000 won, and putting one of the keyss to the market price, which is owned by the victim.

On March 2018, at the same place as the mid-term 22:00 square meters, the Defendant followed the grandchildren who were in an inner bed with the same method, and used 13,000 won, including Chapter 1, Chapter 3,000 won, and 1,000 won, and 1,000 won, in the form of an unrefluence in the market price.

E. On April 9, 2018, around 03:57, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the 2nd floor through the second floor entrance, which was operated by the victim E in Youngdo-gu, Busan, with a view to KRW 4,000,00, such as one marri, one drinking water, and two drinking water owned by the victim who was in the first floor display stand; and (b) stolen it.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated another person's residence or structure at night over five times in total, and stolen money and valuables amounting to 123,000 won owned by the victims.

2. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. On January 1, 2018, around 08:00, the Defendant was in front of the house of the victim G of the 1st floor F in Busan Young-do, Busan, and the Defendant opened the 1st floor entrance and opened the locked door by using the stolen key, such as the 1-A, and entered the room.
