A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. On July 31, 2012, around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window in the window C of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) intruded into the house of the victim D; and (c) followed up the Ansan cremation unit; and (d) stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 6,350,00,00,00 for KRW 1 and KRW 18K 1.5,000,000, in total, of KRW 700,000,000.

B. On July 21, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an indoor window at the victim F’s house located in the window E of Changwon-si; (b) intruded into the house; and (c) cut off with three a half of the total market price of KRW 300,000,000 in cash; and (d) cut off with three a half of the total market price of KRW 300,000 in cash.

C. At around 19:00 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a multi-use room at the home of the victim H located in the window G of Changwon-si, which was not corrected; (b) intruded into the house; and (c) cut off on bail, etc., and then cut off the Defendant with 200,000 won in total at the market price; (c) one gold half of 200,000 won in total at the market price; and (d) 2 disease in total of 600,000 won in total at the market price (the 2

2. Special larceny;

A. On February 9, 2013, at around 19:00 on February 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the windows of a multi-use room set up around the center of the victim J, which were set up in the window I of Changwon-si; (b) destroyed the windows of a multi-use room to a fluor around the center of the victim J; and (c) destroyed them; and (d) followed the storm of an inner herogate, and then stolen them with precious metal amounting to KRW 8.20,000,000,000 in total,

B. On April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 19:25 on April 3, 2013, 2013, she laid down and damaged a small amount of window windows set up around K at the window of Changwon-si, with each item around the city, destroyed them; (b) infringed on a flady bail, etc., and then cut off with precious metal and cash worth of 1,4530,00 won in total at the market price, including one half of 1220,000 won, and one half of 1,4530,000 won.
