A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

No person who is not a narcotics handler shall sell, sell, or smoke marijuana.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 and near the entrance of subway “E Station” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) decided to purchase marijuana from a name-free seller (CAD) who became aware of through mobile marc mar C; (c) accordingly, collected 10 grams, which was concealed in the parking lot of the building located in the said runway; and (d) traded marijuana in a way that the said seller brings 1.2 million won in cash at the same place; and (e) sold it to the said seller at the same price.

B. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant traded marijuana with a house near the Yongsan Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul at a time and time, and with a cash of KRW 3,40,000,000, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana at the bar, and the name-free male (Cidi) who wants to purchase marijuana from the Defendant, and the name-free male (Cidi) whose name he wants to purchase it.

around 14:00 on June 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold marijuana 10 grams from Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu H, 403; (b) to I who was an elementary school alumni; (c) purchased and sold marijuana 1,30,000 won for sales proceeds.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. In collusion with J, K, L, M, etc. from June 27, 2016 to June 29 of the same month, the Defendant, etc., together with the said J, etc., which was a kind of fright that had been known to ordinary people in Gangnam-gu Seoul within N403, Gangnam-gu, Seoul around a short time, carried a hole into drinking water cans, laid off about 0.3g of marijuana possessed by the Defendant on that hole, and smoked marijuana in a way that the Defendant and theJ, etc. flicked with each other, and smoked marijuana in a way that they interfered with the cans.

B. On June 30, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) included approximately 0.2gg of marijuana on the clock, in a toilet located in the Defendant’s residence located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO2; and (b) made it in the shape of tobacco; and (c) attached the end part thereof.
