Punishment of the crime

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant, using the Defendant’s computer in Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City building B and C, sold and purchased marijuana using approximately seven grams of marijuana, with the Defendant’s contact with the sales of the mari-mari-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si

B. On March 4, 2019, at around 02:55, the Defendant traded marijuana by acquiring 200,000 won from I in front of H convenience points in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and delivering approximately 1g of marijuana.

C. Around March 30, 2019, the Defendant traded marijuana by delivering approximately 400,000 won from I to two grams at the front of H convenience points in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On March 31, 2019, the Defendant traded marijuana by delivering approximately 400,000 won from I in the vicinity of K Station in Seongdong-gu Seoul, and two grams of marijuana.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant smoked for marijuana in a way that partially lesss the packings of tobacco held by the Defendant in the building B of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Defendant’s dwelling area of the Defendant under subparagraph C by inserting approximately 0.1g of marijuana into tobacco and inhales smoke by attaching a fire.

B. On February 14, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana possessed by the Defendant together with I at the M Park parking lot located in Suwon-si L, Suwon-si, with I, in a pipe made by sprinking it with a fire.

C. On February 16, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.7ggg of marijuana possessed by the Defendant, together with I, in pipes made by the head of the household, at the French-gu Seoul N around February 16, 2019.

The Defendant is Yongsan-gu Seoul around February 22, 2019.
