A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2012, the Defendant was released on November 29, 2013 and the parole period expired on February 28, 2014 while the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the high military court of the Ministry of National Defense, etc.

In addition, the Defendant received the total sum of 5,280,500 from the victims on 48 occasions in the same manner as the attached Table of Crimes (2015 Godan1019) from August 22, 2014, respectively, from the victims, from around 2014.

"2015 Highest 1130"

1. On November 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, on the ground that the victim G while under influence of alcohol (26 years of age) around 505 of the FO of the Busan-gu Busan-gu building 505 had the face of the victim one time on drinking alcohol; and (b) the victim had the face of the victim requiring approximately two weeks of treatment on the left side of the victim.

2. On November 28, 2014, the fraud Defendant: (a) stated that “The Victim H sought a prestigious scalket” posted by the victim on the bulletin board of the “NAVVER Round” website on the website; and (b) stated that “The Victim will transfer the prestigious scalket to KRW 1.70,000,000.”

However, there was no intention or ability to transfer a ticket even if he/she receives money from the victim because he/she did not possess the above ticket.

The defendant deceivings the victim as such and receives 170,000 won from the victim's single bank account (I) under the name of the defendant.
