A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I will deliver musical diskettes if I make a prior payment,” to the victim B who contacted with the publication, on the Internet site NAVV, “I will sell NANND musical diskettes.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not intend to send musical diskettes.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 300,000 won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and fraudulently acquired it.

2. On November 17, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I will deliver musical diskettes if I make a prior payment,” to the victim C who contacted with the statement that “I will sell Dokn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wnhn-Wnker Skn.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not intend to send musical diskettes.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 300,000 won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and fraudulently acquired it.

3. Around December 2, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet website Round stating that “I will sell the Dokn P&D musical ticket.” On the part of the victim D, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “I will deliver a musical ticket if I will make a prior payment.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not intend to send musical diskettes.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 300,000 won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and fraudulently acquired it.
