Basic Facts
A. On June 20, 2019, the Plaintiff, as the owner of the warehouse located in Pyeongtaek-si D (hereinafter “instant warehouse”), concluded a lease agreement with Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) on the following terms (hereinafter “original lease agreement”), and transferred the leased object under the initial lease agreement to Defendant B around that time.

Provided, That the amount of actual expenses, such as electricity fees, shall be paid in the following month after the end of the month of occurrence.
(3) The deposit for lease shall be 242,60,000 won, which is the rent for a total of four months.
