A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on July 28, 2013;

A. On July 28, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender with the crime of assaulting B; (b) prepared a written statement stating the name and resident registration number of Faw C in order to conceal the facts of his/her fine collection; and (c) submitted C’s signature at the end to the police officer in charge of being aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a written statement under C, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact, and exercised it.

B. On July 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of assaulting B at the first team office of the Ansan Police Station Criminal Team located in the Ansan-dong-dong-si, and was examined; (b) signed B at the end of the interrogation protocol of suspect; and (c) submitted it to the police officer in charge of not knowing the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant forged C's signature for the purpose of exercising it and exercised C's signature.

2. The crime committed on July 31, 2013;

A. At around 16:00 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) drafted a written agreement stating C’s name and resident registration number with respect to the criminal facts that assault B at the 1st team office of the criminal police station of the same Ansan Police Station; (b) signed at the end; and (c) submitted C’s signature to the police officer in charge of not knowing the forgery.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged a written agreement in the name of C, which is a private document about a certificate of fact, and exercised it.

B. On July 31, 2013, around 16:25, the Defendant: (a) was suspected of assaulting B at the 1st team office of the Criminal Team of the above Ansan Police Station; (b) signed the suspect interrogation protocol (second, modern, and cancellation) at the end of the interrogation protocol (second, modern, and cancellation), and submitted C’s signature to the police officer in charge of not knowing the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged C's signature for the purpose of exercising it.
