A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who was in office as the representative director of C in Jeju, and was in general in charge of business and conclusion of a contract of carriage.

At around 2010, the Defendant entered into a transport contract with D High School and E High School, and requested the above school to operate a new bus which has been recently shipped out within five years for the safety of students. However, even though the above company did not hold a bus in compliance with the above conditions, the Defendant did not prepare a bus by altering the form of the registration certificate and the first registration date of the old bus existing in the above company to meet the above terms and conditions of the contract and submitted it to the above school.

2. Alteration of an official document;

A. On February 15, 2010, the Defendant: (a) prepared the contract documents related to the above D High School study travel at the office of the above company on a lower-tier basis; (b) recorded the number stated in the first registration date ( March 15, 2007), annual (2007), etc. using a computer; and (c) attached a copy of FF bus registration certificate to the corresponding part of FF bus registration certificate around March 15, 2001; and (d) altered the registration certificate of the above FF bus in the same way as the FF bus registration certificate by re-duplicating it.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, altered the registration certificate in the name of Jeju Market, which is an official document, for the purpose of uttering.

B. On June 2010, the Defendant had prepared contract documents related to E high school education travel at the above E company’s office in preparation for the above E company’s office on the first day of the registration ( March 15, 2004) by using a computer, and maintained by the above company.
