A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution due to the crime of false entry into public electronic records, etc. at the Busan District Court.

The Defendant is a person who, by linking the infants of the Vietnamese couple in illegal stay in the Republic of Korea with those of the married couple in disguised marital relationship, falsely reports the birth of the infants of the married couple in disguised marriage with those of the married couple in the past, leaves Vietnam with a passport issued by the Republic of Korea and makes them depart from Vietnam. The Defendant is a person who, in turn, administers the crimes such as collecting persons who will act as a disguised parent by coloring them, delivering various relevant documents, such as report of birth, passport application, etc. to the related persons, and handing over the infants from the Vietnamese couple

B At the request of the defendant and C, a person who falsely reports the birth of a baby of Vietnam and raises a person who will act as a disguised parent.

D. E. F. A. F. a person who falsely reports the birth of a baby of Vietnam's nationality and leaves Vietnam with a disguised child using a passport issued unlawfully, and plays a disguised parent role in delivering the baby to the child of Vietnam.

1. Defendant, B, and D (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”) committed a crime related to M in relation to the Defendant, B, and D (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”) forged a birth certificate as if they were D’s children, and drafted and submitted a false birth certificate using the forged birth certificate, and subsequently conspired to leave Vietnam through the Incheon International Airport with the passport of the Republic of Korea issued by the said infant, stating the false fact that the child was a national of the Republic of Korea.

On April 2013, the false name or omission of forgery of private documents is based on D'D', age column, and occupation column by taking advantage of D's personal information transferred from the defendant at the place of the non-permanent domicile.
