Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 2010, the Defendant and C agreed to file a false report of the birth of a newborn baby born in the Republic of Korea on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant and C agreed to file a false report of the birth of a newborn baby born in the Republic of Korea; (b) the Defendant and C agreed to file a false report of the birth of a newborn baby born in the Republic of Korea on July 2010; and (c) the Defendant and C issued a false certificate of the personal seal impression under their names with respect to the false birth of a newborn baby born in the Republic of Korea; and (d) the Defendant and C agreed to file a false report of the birth of a newborn baby born in the Republic of Korea on the issuance of the passport of the Republic of Korea.
B around 14:00 on July 21, 2010, at the public service center of Songpa-gu Seoul 29-5, Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 29-5, prepared a birth report for E, prepared a birth certificate with the defendant and C as a certified person, and submitted it to a staff-in-charge who is aware of the fact, accompanied by the certificate of personal seal impression of the defendant and C.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, entered false facts into the family relation registration system of the Supreme Court by making a false report of birth, and exercised the aforementioned false facts by allowing electronic inquiry and output throughout the country.
2. On February 4, 2010, at around 13:00 on February 4, 2010, the Defendant and B’s joint criminal conduct (including false entry into public electronic records, etc., and false entry into public records, electromagnetic records, etc.) sent birth to her H and intended to leave Vietnam due to child support issues, etc., but, upon knowing that the report of birth cannot be filed due to the birth of her h’s birth, she provided her 4:20,000 won to her Brer D and requested her false report of birth.
