Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a "person who intends to become a candidate" in the election of the head of the 2nd National East City Cooperative, which was held on March 13, 2019 by the head of the former C Cooperatives, and the defendant B is a member of the C Association.

Defendant

A A Any person who intends to be a candidate for a violation, such as prohibition of or restriction on contributions, shall not make contributions during the period of contribution-restricted, and the head of a cooperative under the Forestry Cooperatives Act shall not make contributions while in office.

Nevertheless, on December 31, 2018, the Defendant issued 14,400 won of the market price to E in the president of the CUnion in D.

Accordingly, the defendant made contributions even while he is in office as the president of the partnership.

No one shall offer, declare an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, other economic benefits, or a public or private job to an elector or his/her family members, for the purpose of an election campaign, and no one shall visit each elector on a door for an election campaign.

Nevertheless, on January 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) visited the house of a member B in F; (b) provided 1,364,400 won in total to the 15 electors or their family members, as described in the separate list of crimes, and (c) visited the 12 electors on their own, as a total, as indicated in the separate list of crimes, by providing 15 electors or their family members, with one copy of KRW 50,000 from the time to January 11, 2019.

Defendant

B. On January 4, 2019, the Defendant was issued one copy of the G Product Rights equivalent to KRW 50,000,000 from A to a person who wishes to be a candidate as the president of the C Association at his/her own residence, in which he/she wishes to be a candidate.

As a result, the Defendant was provided with goods to the election campaign as an elector.
