Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected on March 11, 2015 at the first election for the head of a cooperative of the national Dong-si Partnership, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.

A candidate (including a person who intends to be a candidate) shall not make a contribution during the contribution-restricted period, and no one shall conduct an election campaign, unless it is permitted to do so, and no one shall visit each elector door for an election campaign.

3. Around 11:19 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant filed an appeal to support members M of the L office located in K for a more help and help. Around 10:50 on February 22, 2015, the Defendant called the Defendant’s home located in N in N for a more help and help. Around 10:50 on February 22, 2015, the Defendant carried out an election campaign before the election campaign period, claiming support.
