Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a candidate for the election of the president of the Sung-gun Association, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.

1. No person who intends to become a candidate for the election of the head of the Agricultural Cooperative, in violation of restrictions on contributions, shall make contributions during the period of restriction on contributions;

A. At around 12:30 on December 7, 2014, the period subject to the restriction on contribution, the Defendant made contributions to E in the office of E members of C member E located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, the Defendant: (a) “Insect. Do. Do. Do.” and (b) 50,000 won of the Bank of Korea.

At around 14:00 on December 6, 2014, the Defendant visited the house of C members I of the Gyeong-gun H of the Gyeong-gun, and then visited the elector for an election campaign five times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, from around that time to the police officer in the same month.
