1. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2013. 2. 16. 03:50경 서울 용산구 C에 있는 D주점에서, 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울용산경찰서 E파출소 소속 경위 F이 술에 취해 손님들에게 욕을 하고 있는 피고인을 제지하자 '좆밥 새끼, 십새끼, 개새끼, 내가 용산구 머리 다죽여 버리겠다'는 욕설을 하면서 손으로 안경을 쓰고 있는 F의 얼굴을 훑어 내리는 등으로 경찰관의 112신고 처리업무에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
