A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 10, 2018, at the main point of “D” operated by C in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, around 02:15, the Defendant saw that the victim E (the age of 61) and the victim F (the age of 60) calculated the drinking value after drinking alcohol, but the victims failed to calculate the drinking value, and misunderstanding that the victims C and the victim F were able to talk with the victim’s body during the time of vision, “I would like to see why you would have known the drinking value,” and the victim F would be “I would like to walk the police,” and the victim F would like to walk the victim’s face, going beyond the floor of the victim’s face, going out with the victim’s escape going out, going out to the bar of the victim’s face, going out to the bar of the victim’s body, and cut out the victim’s face with the victim’s body and the victim’s face to the police after going out the victim’s body and going out to the bar of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant committed an injury to the victim E, such as internal flag, in need of treatment for about 42 days, and an injury to the victim F, in a closed frame with both inside and outside of the requiring treatment for about 42 days.

2. 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서, 제1항 기재와 같이 싸움을 하던 중 피해자 E이 착용하고 있던 안경을 손으로 잡아 빼고, 안경을 손에 쥔 상태로 피해자 E을 때리고 안경을 바닥에 집어 던져 피해자 소유인 구매금액 약 40만원 상당인 안경의 안경테가 틀어지고 안경알이 떨어지게 하여 피해자 소유인 안경을 손괴하였다.
