A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

C. (1) On April 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had D in Suwon-si G hotel H of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, D injection approximately 0.03 g of oponon into the Defendant’s arms blood cells by the foregoing method; (b) on April 5, 2019, D in collusion with D in a way that the fopon fopon fopon fopon fopon fopon fopon fic volume was dilutiond.

2. On April 5, 2019, the Defendant who received phiphonephones is above 1.C. on April 5, 2019.

At G hotel H, the G hotel H received approximately 0.03 ghopon 0.03 gopon fopon fopon fopon, which is contained in the walling vinyl, from D.
