A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, “2019 Highest 2937” dealt with the psychotropic drugs, the Defendant handled the Mebacule (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows:

1. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On January 18, 2019, the Defendant received approximately 0.07 grams from C’s car parked on the front side of the Defendant’s home located in Seosung-si, and received them without compensation, within C’s car parked on the front side of his home.

B. On January 29, 2019, the Defendant received approximately 0.35 grams from C at the third floor room of “E” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, at the third floor, and received them without compensation.

C. On April 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received from G in G operation events, which was stopped on the top of G’s house located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, from G, the amount of philopon’s non-phones free of charge, and received it.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. In January 2019, the Defendant administered a philophone in a way that, at the home of the above G, the Defendant had a phiphone and was in contact with G, who was found to have a phiphone, and had H “H” dyscopic dilution with a balopic water and injected approximately 0.07gg of the philophones contained in a single-use injection machine into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G and one name H, administered philophones.

B. On January 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the guest room with the fourth floor of “E” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) at the above 1-B.

The philophone 0.07gopon, part of the philophones described in the port, has been put above the allogram heading allogram and administered philophones as soon as possible by heating below the allograms into the allograms.

C. On April 21, 2019, the Defendant administered philophonephones in a mutually influence room near the southwest of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, in a manner that allows G to injection of approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine after dilution with biocom, into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.
