A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On June 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) injected a psychotropic drug into water in the car operated by a namelightist box (E; hereinafter “E”); (b) Melopon (hereinafter “philopon”), a psychotropic drug, into water; and (c) administered a philopon by having the above E take an injection into the Defendant’s arms bloodline using a one-time injection device.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above E to administer philophones.

2. At the time and time indicated in the above 1. Paragraph 1., the Defendant provided H with the philophone in Gmophone 305 located in F of the Busan Young-gu (per-time medication amount) free of charge.

3. On June 2015, the Defendant injected philophones into water at the Gmophone 305 above Gmophones (per-time medication equivalent thereto), and injected H’s arms into water with a single-use injection device, and had H dypon dypon dypon dypon dypology (per time medication equivalent thereto) after dilution with water, and dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypine.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with H to administer philophones.

4. On July 10, 2015, the Defendant conspired with H to administer phiphones in collusion with H in a way that had H injectate the non-suropon (per-time medication equivalent to one-time medication) with water, and provided H with H free of charge the non-suropon (per-time medication equivalent to one-time medication) by using a single-use injection device.

5. On October 3, 2015, the Defendant, parked in a fluorial resting located in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, with water in a vehicle operated by the Defendant, divating the fluor’s fluor’s fluor into water within the vehicle and injection the fluor’s fluor into the Defendant’s arms using a one-time injection device.
