A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an English instructor who operates D’s English language on the 2nd floor of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the victim E (the age of 15) who is a juvenile is a student who started to hear the Defendant’s lessons from March 7, 2016.
1. On March 8, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 20:00 to 22:00 on March 8, 2016, on the ground that the Defendant did not properly understand the English lessons in which the victim attended with another student in the said teaching room from around 20:0 to around 22:00; (b) is running a day-time lecture in an empty lecture room; and (c) was able to use the victim’s hand, hand, etc., with the victim’s own hand and rhym his hair, by forcing the victim, who is a juvenile.
2. Around March 9, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, by holding his/her hand, his/her hand, her hair, etc. on several occasions with his/her own hand, holding his/her head as a part of the victim, from around 00 to 21:30 on March 9, 2016, for the same reason as that of paragraph (1) in the above private teaching institute lecture room.
3. Around March 11, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 20:00 to 22:00 on March 11, 2016, committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile victim, such as: (b) he/she is going to conduct day lessons as prescribed in paragraph (1) in the lecture room of the pertinent private teaching institute from around 20:0 to around 22:00; (c) he/she was seated in the victim’s hand by his/her own hand; and (d) he/she was able to write down the victim’s hand, she was able to take up the victim’s hand, and (e) he/she was able to bring the victim into both arms, and (e) he/she was able to take the victim’s shoulder on his/her own arms
4. Around March 12, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime: (a) committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, by holding the victim’s hand, knife, etc., by holding the victim’s hand, knife, knife, and knife knife knife knife at the victim’s lecture room from around 11:30 to 12:50 on March 12, 2016.
5. From March 16, 2016 to 22:20 on March 16, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime.
